Do I need a PayPal account?
No. If you don't have PayPal — or prefer not to use it — you can link your account to a Holder. Holders are trusted operators with PayPal accounts who receive payments on your behalf and pay you out weekly in crypto (USDT/USDC). If you do have PayPal, you can use it directly without a Holder.
How fast is payment detection?
Typically under 2 seconds. As soon as PayPal sends a notification email for a Friends & Family payment, our system reads it, matches it to your open order, and marks it as confirmed — all automatically. You're alerted via your configured channels simultaneously.
What's included in the Startup plan?
The Startup plan ($4.99/month) includes up to 60 confirmed payments per month, instant auto-detection, multi-channel notifications (Discord, Webhook, Email), full dashboard access, REST API & embed script. Only confirmed (paid) payments count against the limit — failed and pending ones don't.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Startup → Business → Professional → Enterprise instantly from your account dashboard. The change takes effect immediately with zero downtime. You can also downgrade at the end of your billing period.
What notification channels are available?
You can enable Discord webhooks (a message is posted to your channel the moment a payment confirms), custom HTTP webhooks (a POST request sent to your endpoint with full payment data), and email alerts. All three can run simultaneously — no limit on active channels.
Do I need coding skills to integrate?
Not at all. Use our copy-paste embed script — two lines of HTML that add a "Pay Now" button to any website, no backend needed. For developers, our full REST API lets you create payments, poll status, and list history programmatically from any language or framework.
What if my customer sends the wrong amount?
If the amount received is less than expected, the payment is flagged as underpaid and you're notified. If it's the correct amount or more, it's confirmed normally. You can review and manually resolve underpaid orders directly from your dashboard — we never silently accept wrong amounts.
How is my data protected?
We never store your PayPal password or credentials. We only process incoming PayPal notification emails — read-only access. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. API keys are hashed and scoped. Your customers' payment details are never exposed or shared with third parties.
